In addition to the Silver PAWS Resort, the funds raised also go toward Grants for Emergency Pet Funds. Unexpected emergencies can occur at any time, and it’s often the pets who suffer the most. These grants are designed to assist families who find themselves in difficult situations where they cannot afford to cover the costs of urgent veterinary care, medical procedures, or other critical needs. Whether it’s a pet suffering from an illness, an injury, or an emergency situation, these grants help ensure that pets can receive the life-saving treatment they need without placing an undue financial burden on their families. Through these funds, we help prevent pets from being surrendered due to financial hardship, keeping families together and pets healthy.
